BD302 h High e Performance Marble Adhesive
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
BD302 High Performance Marble Adhesive using unsaturated resin
polymer, is a two-component, high-strength fast-curing adhesive,
and can be used for fast positioning of stone and tiles, stone
repair, stone line adhesion, etc.It needs to be used with a
matching curing agent. The mixing ratio of marble adhesive and
curing agent is 100:(2-3) It has the advantages of smooth,delicate
and easy-to-mix, polishing without peeling off, non-sagging, and
non-oil seepage.
1 Product Characteristics
Fast curing in 5-10 minutes at room temperature.
High adhesion for metal, tiles, marble, granite and other
building materials.
Non-corrosive to metal, tile, marble, granite and other building
materials.
No sagging, no oil seepage, no polluting the stone.
2 Main uses
Fast positioning of materials such as stone and tile.
Repairing the surface cracks and breakthroughs of the stones,
etc.
3 How o to use
Take the required marble adhesive from the tank. Add an
appropriate amount of curing agent and mix.
The mixing ratio of marble adhesive and curing agent is
100:(2-3).
The curing speed of marble adhesive is positively correlated with
the amount of curing agent.
Please keep it sealed and store in a cool and dry place when not
in use
4 Cautions
Not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the
material is lower than -10℃ or more than 40℃.
Store in a cool and dry place below 25℃.
The color of the curing agent cap is used to differentiate
between winter and summer formulations, with the blue cap for a
slow-drying formulation (summer) and the red cap for a fast-drying
formulation(winter).
Do not put the mixed adhesive back into the tank.
The application surface should be clean and dry, otherwise it
will cause poor bonding or peeling.
Marble adhesive is designed for quick positioning and repairing
cracks on the surface of the stone, if you need solid bonding,
series products of Baiyun brand epoxy adhesive for dry-fixing stone
are recommended.

7 Safety Instructions
Before using the product, you should check the MSDS information of
the product. The product is not toxic when fully cured, but contact
with eyes should be avoided before curing, if contact with eyes,
please flush with plenty of water and find a doctor; uncured
products should be keep away from children. The product will
release small molecules during the curing process, attention should
be paid to ventilation in the construction and curing area, so as
to avoid the concentration of small molecules is too high to have
an adverse effect on people.
